According to the Federal Statistical Office, the German producer price indices for commercial products such as construction wood, roof battens and solid structural timber (KVH) mainly recorded a decrease in Januar 2023 compared to the previous month. However, after eight months of decline, the index for KVH turned back up. In detail, the indices developed as follows:

construction wood (DIN 4074/S10): 133,7 points ( -4,29% )

roof battens (DIN 4074/S10): 147,2 points ( -0,81% )

solid structural timber: 123,2 points ( 1,23% )
